Hi my name is Amy Scott. I am a Remedial Massage Therapist and Dry Needling Practitioner. I have been practicing massage since 2004. I specialize in a number of modalities to help alleviate muscle injuries, regain health and vitality. My treatments will help restore strength and increase flexibility and at the same time encourage the body to heal. My clientele ranges from office workers with postural related pain to dancers, artists, musicians, sports professionals and anyone with tight and restricted muscles and wanting to get their balance and energy back in order.

If you are seeking a specialised treatment that combines different modalities, please contact me to discuss which massage would work best for you.

My Wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Amy Scott on a few occasions, and it has always been a great experience.

The level of professionalism and strong attention to detail based on the needs of each individual client, makes Amy an outstanding asset to any spa facility.

Amy’s ability to communicate clearly, directly and comfortably with her clients is a skill that is truly admirable.

I would personally recommend Amy Scott for any position you have available.

Amy’s Top Tips

Before having a massage here are my top tips:

  1. Drinks some water
  2. Have a shower or quick bath
  3. Switch off your phone
  4. Prepare to be in a space of relaxation and focus for 1.5 X the length of your message e.g. for a 60 minute massage, you’ll want to give yourself ideally 90 minutes, in order to incorporate the effects optimally – i.e. you don’t have to jump off the table and back into the heat of work.
  5. Have some water and light food ready for after your massage – e.g. water, fruit not a 3 course meal
  6. Don’t plan on driving or travelling on tubes or controlling heavy machinery.
